In this intensive and interdisciplinary course, students develop skills in acting, dance, and vocal performance as they train with faculty in the School of Theater to create the next generation of musical theater.

Kantner Hall South College Street. Studio 308
Ages 14-18

This program offers training in acting, movement, voice, and devised theater. Participants sharpen their performance and audition skills, refine their creative voices, and work rigorously in a supportive and collaborative environment with faculty and visiting artists.

Wade Elkins

Wade Elkins

Wade Elkins has performed as a Blue Man in the Chicago, Boston, and New York productions of Blue Man Group.  He has also been seen in Wonderful Town (Frank Lippencott) directed by Mary Zimmerman at the Goodman Theatre.

Steven Strafford

Steven Strafford

Broadway/National Tours: Prince Herbert in Spamalot (Original Vegas Cast) and Cecco in Peter Pan (with Cathy Rigby). Steven's solo show, Methtacular! has played across the country, winning awards, and selling out houses. In 2019, it was filmed at Steppenwolf Theater in Chicago.
