Taylor Johnson was raised in Toledo, Ohio and received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Film Production and a minor in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University (BGSU). Having originally entered the world of storytelling through theatre, Taylor was able to put an emphasis on learning how to direct on the stage. However, when deciding on colleges and programs, it became abundantly clear that their true passion was embedded within the world of film. At BGSU, they were able to put their focus on learning about cinematography and screenwriting, as well as camera operating. Furthermore, they were able to produce several screenplays and short films.

Taylor has a profound love for film, but an even deeper adoration for the immersive experience of cinematic video games. They are now a part of the MFA program at Ohio University and are excited to learn even more about telling stories onscreen
