Ohio University's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is offered through IMPACT Solutions. Ohio University employees, spouse/partners, dependents (26 and younger), household members and parents/parents-in-law are eligible to use any of the IMPACT services. Your participation in the EAP is voluntary and completely confidential. No information will be released without prior written consent.

Health Navigator
Faculty, staff and family members also have access to the Health Navigator [PDF] through Impact Solutions. Health Navigator provides:
- Guidance regarding a new, critical, or complicated medical diagnosis
- Expert opinions for a serious medical condition
- A change in treatment approach from your physician or specialist
- A recommendation for surgery or major procedure
- Access to a top specialist or routine care doctor
- A dedicated Care Advisor to help you work through and understand any medical situation you or your eligible family may be facing
