Alexis is an aspiring director and accomplished artist from Bucyrus, OH. Throughout her life she has always had an avid interest in the visual arts, specifically in drawing, and has even competed in and won in numerous art competitions. Over the years, however, she dabbled in other forms of art, such as sculpting and stained glass, even painting her own mural. She did, however, participate in her school’s photography team and DECA organization as well. It wasn’t until late middle school, however, when she learned of the stop-motion feature on her Nintendo 3Ds that she discovered her passion for film. From there, her passion only grew, leading her to take a multimedia course in high school, join the crew for three of her high school’s musicals, and eventually, to the OU film program. Fantasy is by far her favorite genre, but she also enjoys romance and action films. Outside of film and art, she enjoys reading, dancing (especially formal dancing),  and cosplaying.
