Our Mission
The OUHCOM Psych/Neuro Club seeks to provide resources to students interested in the diverse fields of psychiatry and neurology. Our purpose is to promote the study of these fields by connecting students, faculty, and community resources. By creating a greater appreciation of the diseases affecting the nervous system and mental health, Psych/Neuro Club endeavors to foster a more comprehensive understanding of the people affected by them. Through its educational opportunities, Psych/Neuro Club is committed to expanding public knowledge in brain sciences thereby decreasing the stigma of mental, behavioral, and neurological conditions in the Athens, OH community and beyond.

Services Provided
The NeuroPsych club enhances understanding of both the neurology and psychiatry fields through education events that are open to all students of OUHCOM.
Tentative Schedule for 2023-2024
The NeuroPsych club plans to host meetings with different physicians and researchers in the field of neurology and psychiatry. Furthermore, the club plans to fundraise via events such as a Chipotle fundraiser.
