Writing a Case Report

In both hospital and ambulatory settings, medical students will encounter a variety of situations in which they are required to further investigate a given clinical entity; such entities often require additional investigation by the medical team and can best be addressed through completing a case-based report that is informed by a working knowledge of current literature on a given topic. This guide will provide medical students with helpful information to guide them through all steps of writing a case report.
