Jennifer Gwilym, D.O., to chair Department of Primary Care

I am thrilled to announce that Jennifer Gwilym, D.O., has been named permanent chair for the Department of Primary Care.

As shared in her interim appointment announcement, Jennifer is a respected board-certified family physician and a dedicated preceptor known for providing exceptional training and care throughout Central and Southeast Ohio. She has served as a clinical faculty member at Heritage College since 2007. During this time, she has mentored countless students, fostered impactful relationships with community partners, and demonstrated sound leadership as a clinical assistant dean. Jennifer will balance her new leadership role at the Heritage College with dermatology practice at Oakview Dermatology and service as president of the Ohio Osteopathic Association.
