Housing and Residence Life Printer Refund Form
Housing and Residence Life operates public printers at the following locations:

Experiencing a printing issue? Use the HRL Print Refund Request Form to request a refund for print jobs affected by problems with the printers listed above. Submit one form for each print job, and be sure to submit your request within 48 hours of the printing issue. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed and applied to your Bobcat Cash account or Guest Printing Card.
Please Note: If your print job did not print, you may not have been charged. Before submitting a refund request, log in to eAccounts to verify the charge. After signing in, select Bobcat Cash to view your recent transaction history and confirm that the print job was charged to your account.
