Support Services consists of the Accounting Functions, Departmental Systems Support, HR Functions, Procurement and the Work Center.
The Facilities Work Center is the first point of contact for Maintenance, Custodial and Grounds requests. Customers can call the Facilities Work Center at 593-2911 and be connected with a representative 24/7 who will coordinate response to all issues.
The Work Center’s primary mission is to act as the liaison between the University community and Facilities.
The Facilities Work Center staff receives work requests (work orders) from within the University community and distributes them to the appropriate trade/custodial personnel.
All work requests are processed through the Facilities Work Center. Utilizing TMA, a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), we have the ability to receive work orders by phone, fax, walk-in and via the Internet.
We strongly encourage our customers to use the online work request to provide services that are tailored to your needs and requirements.
