Housing and Residence Life Hours of Operation

The below hours are for fall and spring semesters. They are subject to change based upon any University closure, holiday, and/or interim or break periods.

Main Housing and Residence Life Office

Location: Living Learning Center (LLC) 2nd Floor

Hours: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

LLC Welcome Desk

Location: Living Learning Center (LLC) 1st Floor

Hours: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The Den

Location: Boyd Hall 1st Floor

Hours: 

• Sunday to Thursday 8 a.m. to 12 a.m.  
• Friday & Saturday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The East End

Location: Jefferson Hall 1st Floor

Hours: 

• Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.  
• Saturday & Sunday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Hall Staff Offices

Hours: Daily 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.  

Location: All halls on East, West, and South Greens have their staff office on the 1st floor of their building.

Exceptions to this are:

• Boyd Hall: 2nd Floor (Boyd 212)
• Convocation Center: 3rd Floor (Lounge 1)
• Jefferson Hall: 2nd Floor (Jefferson 252)

The following buildings are in a complex and have one designated staff office for all the listed halls.

• 4 University Terrace and Bryan Hall: Bryan Hall 1st Floor
• Carr and Sowle Halls: Carr Hall 1st Floor
• Dougan, Ewing, Hoover, True, and Wray Houses: Wray House 1st Floor (catwalk level)
• Luchs and Tanaka Halls: Tanaka 1st Floor
