ICD FATM Setup Reminder

FARM Setup Reminders were published the August 2022 Business Matters to remind users how to maintain FARM data to avoid errors and delays with their unit’s transactions.  Unfortunately, we have continued to encounter approver setup discrepancies in FARM that cause ICD transactions to fail.  One of the main reasons why an ICD transaction fails is because the department head approver and the escalation for department head are the same person.  ICD requires that these approvers be different people. While reviewing FARM setup data this month, we found 323 orgs that have the same person in both roles   We have reached out to those units whose data needs to be corrected but would like to reminder fiscal officers and their delegates to ensure that these are set up correctly going forward.  The FARM Approvers Dashboard is available in OBI to help you review your FARM  setup data.
