Undergraduate Admissions

Office of the University Registrar
The Office of the University Registrar supports the university's students, faculty, staff, alumni, and families with registration, grades, DARS, graduation, transcripts, and more, while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of academic records. - Please note that some OHIO Online classes have varying add/drop deadlines that are not published on the academic calendar. Therefore, it is important you check the specific drop/withdrawal dates for each class individually in your MyOHIO Student Center. Office of Information Technology

Financial Aid
The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships provides services to students and parents remotely. You can reach them at financial.aid.elearn@ohio.edu or 740.593.4141. You can also schedule a virtual appointment with your assigned financial aid advisor (look for online degree students at the bottom of the A-Z list). Ohio University’s federal school code is 003100.
Please Note: Ohio University's FAFSA Aid Year begins with the Summer Semester, so if seeking financial aid to include summer semester, be sure to complete the correct-year FAFSA application. Check the FAFSA website for more information and updated deadlines for completion.
Office of the Bursar
The Office of the Bursar is responsible for the billing and collecting of balances owed to the University. Primarily, this entails student tuition balances that are charged every semester. You can reach them at bursar@ohio.edu or 740.593.4130.
Graduate College
Ohio University's Graduate College is the administrator of applications and admissions processes, orientation, and thesis and dissertation services for graduate-level students in both master's and doctoral programs. You may contact the Graduate College at graduate@ohio.edu or 740.593.2800.
