Bursar Response to COVID-19

The Office of the Bursar is closed for in-person interactions until further notice. Inquiries can be made via email (bursar@ohio.edu) or by phone (740-593-4130). Deposits and customer payments can be placed in the drop box located inside the south entrance doors on the ground floor of Chubb Hall (Court Street side of the building). Please seal the deposit or payment in an envelope or bag with appropriate identifying information (e.g. student name and PID number, customer number and invoice number, deposit description and account number).  Departmental change requests should be emailed to cashier@ohio.edu at least one business day prior to the need.

 

Office of the Bursar

The Office of the Bursar is responsible for the billing and collecting of balances owed to the University. Primarily, this entails student tuition balances that are charged every semester. Our customer base consists of students, parents, other university departments, and external organizations.

    The final fall semester payment plan due date is November 21, 2020.

  • Spring Semester 2020-21


    Spring semester tuition and fees are due January 21, 2021. A 3-installment payment plan is available for enrollment. Payment plan due dates are 1/21/21, 2/21/21, & 3/21/21.

  • Waiveable Fees


    Spring semester waiveable fee deadline for the Student Health Insurance, Student Legal Service, and WellBeing, if applicable, is February 5, 2021. Waiver application available after tuition and fees assess for the spring semester.
