SAP Concur: New Visual Themes for Application

As reported in the October 2, 2023 of the Ohio Employee News, Concur SAP applied a visual update to their web version of the application (similar to the change to the mobile app in June 2023).

With the update, you’ll now have: Improved design consistency; Inclusive, accessible design for everyone; Control over the Light/Morning Mode, Dark/Evening Mode, and high contrast theme options (shown below).

This visual theme update does not change any features of SAP Concur products. It is primarily a change in the look and feel of SAP Concur products—for example, fonts, font sizes, icons, colors, and rounded corners. The navigation menus will also be slightly modified to make it easier for you to find what you are looking for. The navigation changes include: 

• SAP Concur solutions (for example, Concur Expense and Concur Travel) are organized under the Home drop-down menu.
• The help section is no longer titled Help, but rather is represented with a question mark symbol.
• The profile section is no longer titled Profile, but rather is represented with a symbol of a person.

How do I change my SAP Concur visual theme setting on the web?

To change your SAP Concur visual theme setting on the web, follow these steps:

1. After signing into Concur Solutions, go to Profile Settings.
2. Under Profile Options, click System Settings.
3. Under Appearance Settings, use the drop-down to select your preferred theme and click Save.
