How to access FMS Reports and FA View during system downtime

During the Business Forum yesterday, it became apparent that there was some confusion around how to access FMS Reports and Funds Available View during this period of system downtime. The regular login to Oracle/eBiz is not available while the system is down, however you may still access FMS Reports and Funds Available View through the direct links provided below.

To access Funds Available View, use the following URL: https://webapps.ohio.edu/faview/secure/faview.htm

• On December 12, a new Funds Available will be available to campus via the Finance Lookups Dashboard in OBI. The Funds Available View custom application will not be updated with the new Chart of Accounts and will be retired on December 15, 2017.

To access FMS Reports, use the following URL: https://webapps.ohio.edu/fmsreporting

• November’s FMS reports are available. As a reminder, the November reports are the final iteration and will not be run for future month end closes. Historical reports will remain available until March 1, 2018. On December 12, users should utilize the Finance Lookups dashboard page to access financial information.
• The M900 report has posted for all users. Anyone who tried to access before 8:25 p.m. on December 7 may not have seen it.

Mail Barcode, CashNET, Motor Pool and Printing Services are available and require processing transactions using the new chart of accounts.
