BofA Pcard PIN Numbers

In the last few months, we have seen several declines on PCards due to bad PINs. The new PCards issued through Bank of America require a PIN to be set up to make payment for many merchants. A cardholder may be prompted to enter their PIN twice at one merchant to account for both the transaction and the tax exemption. Please do not mistake this double entry as providing an incorrect PIN on the first entry.  A webpage titled Global Card Access (GCA) has been set up on our new PCard website instructing card holders on managing their card PIN and alerts. GCA also provides cardholders with real time notifications when their card is declined and gives them the reason for the decline.
