The SciQuest 17.2 upgrade was implemented Monday, July 31. This upgrade will have minimal impact on the overall user experience. Users will observe slight visual changes with no changes to functionality.

In August, Connect (formerly GovConnect) and Henry Schein will upgrade their punch-out catalogs. Although this does not affect how items will process in BobcatBUY, users may notice some differences in how the websites look and perform.

Purchasing announces new Office Depot Delivery Schedule

Effective August 7, Office Depot will change its delivery schedule from five to four days per week. Delivery days will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. This reduction in delivery days will help provide improved, more efficient and sustainable service.

New Finance website launched

The new and improved Finance website went live on August 1. In January 2017, the office of Change Management and Communication partnered with Finance, Information Technology and University Communications and Marketing to redesign the Finance website. The main goal of the project was to design a user friendly site based on campus needs.
