BobcatBUY and Concur unavailable

As announced in the System Downtime and Preparation for FSE Conversion message sent from Deb Shaffer on November 9, BobcatBUY and Concur are unavailable as of 12 p.m. today for the Chart of Account conversion. BobcatBUY and Concur will remain unavailable until December 12 and an announcement will be sent when they are available again.

As a reminder, PCards may be used during the COA conversion period to purchase goods or other non-service related purchases within the cardholder’s single transaction and monthly limit. Requests for spending limit exceptions during the outage window should be submitted to Finance Customer Care at financecustomercare@ohio.edu or 740.594.6446.
