For anyone who wants to exercise at their own home, Down Dog is making all of their apps - Down Dog, Yoga For Beginners, HIIT, Barre, and 7 Minute Workout - completely free for a limited time.

Daily Workouts Fitness App

Hundreds of exercises for you to be able to practice wherever you are via the Daily Workouts app, available via the Apple App Store and Google Play. 

7 Minute Workout App

The 7 Minute Workout app provides 12 high intensity bodyweight exercises, performed at 30 seconds per exercise, and 10 seconds of rest between exercises. Available on the Apple App Store.
