Golf Course and Driving Range

The Golf & Tennis Center is closed for the season and will reopen on Monday, February 28, 2022. 

See the Presidential Health Directives for more details on OHIO’s masking policy. Employees, students, and visitors who are unable to wear a face covering due to a disability may request reasonable accommodations through the Office for University Accessibility.In conjunction with Ohio University policy, the Golf and Tennis Center will require masks for all students, members and visitors, regardless of vaccination status. Masks must be worn when entering the clubhouse and on the indoor tennis courts. Masks are required for all age 10 and older.

COVID Operations and Protocol for the Ohio University Golf and Tennis Center

  • Masks are required for all students, members and visitors, regardless of vaccination status.
  • The Clubhouse is CLOSED. Please access the facility via the side gate.
  • The Clubhouse will only be accessible for bathrooms, lockers, showers and the bottle filler. 
  • Facility access and payment will be carried out in the window on the South side of the clubhouse. 
  • No restrooms will be available on the course
  • Credit, debit or check only. No cash sales available. We recommend booking and paying for your tee times ahead of time at www.GolfNow.com.
  • Water coolers will be unavailable on the course.
  • Concessions and a bottle filler are available.

The Ohio University Golf Course is a 9-hole, par 35 course that offers a practice putting green and pro-shop. Activities include golf tournaments, leagues and private lessons. The facility is open to OHIO students, faculty, staff, alumni and the community.


Rain Check Policy

For 9-hole play: If hole #7 has not been completed, then a 9-hole rain check will be issued. 

For 18-hole play: If hole #7 has not been completed, then an 18-hole rain check will be issued. If hole #7 has been completed, then a 9-hole rain check will be issued. 

All rain checks must be used within one (1) year from issue date.
