Ohio University's Fitness program is located in Ping Recreation Center and is available to university students, staff, faculty, alumni and community members who are Ping Recreation Center members. The Fitness program at Campus Recreation provides Group Fitness & F45 classes, Personal training, a variety of Fitness Programs, and Special Events! 

These services and programs are specifically designed to help you develop your sense of Purpose, enhance your capacity for Resilience, help you build lasting Relationships, and assist you in Achieving your goals. Online Fitness Coaching

Work with a Certified Personal Trainer to reach your health and fitness goals through Online Fitness Coaching. This service includes a fitness assessment, personalized programming, and weekly check-ins with your Trainer. 

Well-Being Coaching

A free virtual service offered by University Well-Being & Recreation that provides opportunities for you to BE ACTIVE, BE CONNECTED, and BE YOURSELF by gaining awareness about the life that you want to live both now, and in the future. Student Well-Being Coaching takes a positive approach to personal development, focusing on your strengths to create a realistic plan that brings you closer to your well-being goals.
