Ohio University's Fitness program is located in Ping Recreation Center and is available to university students, staff, faculty, alumni and community members who are Ping Recreation Center members. Fitness programs include general recreation, group fitness classes, special events, fitness assessments, small group training and personal training.
New Fitness Spaces at Ping
The formerly known "Group Fitness Room" and "Combative Arts Room" have been re-named. The former Group Fitness Room has been re-named to Studio 219 and the former Combative Arts Room has been re-named to Studio 217. Group Fitness will be operating out of Studio 217 moving forward.
