Group Fitness Schedule

About Group Fitness Classes

Group fitness classes are open to students enrolled in classes on the Athens Campus and Ping Center members! You may also attend a fitness class by purchasing a daily pass to Ping Center.

Every Group Fitness class requires pre-registration. Registration for each Group Fitness class opens 24 hours before the scheduled start time. To register for one of our Group Fitness classes, click here.

New Location for Group Fitness!

The formerly known "Group Fitness Room" and "Combative Arts Room" have been re-named. The former Group Fitness Room has been re-named to Studio 219 and the former Combative Arts Room has been re-named to Studio 217.

Group Fitness will be operating out of Studio 217 moving forward. Due to the upcoming installation of a new fitness program at Ping this Spring semester, F45, you will notice the following temporary changes: 

  1. The group fitness schedule will be divided into "Session One" and "Session Two." The end date for Session One is TBD at this point due to the transition of F45. Once an end date for Session One and start date for Session Two are determined, they will be posted here.
  2. Instructors will not have headsets until our team works through a solution to make this happen in our new location with our sound system capabilities. 
  3. All Group Fitness classes will go "offline" for approximately one week between Session One and Session Two while the F45 studio is being outfitted in Studio 217.
