Cycle is a high-energy, music-driven class that builds cardiovascular endurance and lower body strength through a mix of flat roads, hill climbs, sprints, and intervals. No complicated choreography, just you, the bike, and the playlist. Because you control your own resistance, cycling is genuinely appropriate for every fitness level, from first-timers to seasoned riders. Come for the workout, stay for the music.
Cardio Dance is an upbeat, dance-based workout that turns burning calories into something you'll actually look forward to. Built around fun, easy-to-follow moves, the class boosts your mood, improves coordination, and gets your heart rate up all at the same time. No dance experience necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome.
Yoga is an ancient practice that brings together movement, breath, and mindfulness to build strength, flexibility, and balance in both the body and mind. Class flows through sun salutations, standing poses, balance poses, and seated stretches, with a steady focus on connecting each movement to the breath. Breathing techniques and relaxation practices are woven throughout to improve focus and reduce stress. Mats and blocks are provided, modifications are always offered, and all levels are welcome.
Boxing is a high-energy class that strengthens the heart, mind, and body through the fundamental techniques of the sport — jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts. You'll build cardiovascular fitness, torch calories, and engage your core, all while learning real boxing combinations in a welcoming, energized environment. No experience necessary. Boxing gloves are provided, and everyone is welcome.
Pilates is a low-impact, strength-based workout that uses controlled movements and focused breathing to target the whole body — with a particular emphasis on core strength, posture, and alignment. Expect to build flexibility, improve your mind-body connection, and walk away feeling both worked and centered. Props like light weights, resistance bands, rings, and blocks are incorporated regularly to keep things fresh. Mats are provided, and all fitness levels are welcome.
Cardio Sculpt is a high-intensity interval (HIIT) class that combines the energy of cardio dance with the challenge of strength training, alternating between the two to target every muscle group. It's fast-paced, effective, and guaranteed to work up a sweat — while keeping things fun enough that you won't notice how hard you're working. No experience necessary, all fitness levels welcome.
