2025 OHIO Faculty & Staff Resource Fair and Immunization Clinic

Human Resources is excited to welcome Kroger back to the Athens Campus to offer an Immunization Clinic for Pneumonia, Flu, Covid-19, RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus), Shingles, Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B. 

Exhibitors will also be on hand from various Ohio University departments, approved retirement providers and other groups to provide resources and information. Door prize drawings are available at participating tables. 

Registration is now available for Ohio University employees interested in attending the OHIO Faculty and Staff Resource Fair and Immunization Clinic.

Immunizations

New this year, we are paperless! Those interested in receiving immunizations register directly with Kroger by September 30, 2025.

  1. Use benefit code: OUATHVAC25
  2. Select your vaccines
    COVID-19 NOTE: You must be 65 years or older OR have a condition that puts you at high risk for severe outcomes from the COVID-19 virus. Most people have a qualifying condition and may mark 'Yes'.  
  3. Choose date: 10/1/25
  4. Fill out your consent form*

*You will need your CVS Caremark ID card to complete Kroger's online form.
