• Address Change
  Moved recently? Update your address and tax information through My Personal Information (MPI). Download the right state forms, upload them securely to HR, or contact the Employee Service Center for assistance.
• Qualified Family Status Change
  Certain life events — like marriage, birth, or a change in employment — may allow you to update your benefits outside of open enrollment.

• Retirement
  Explore resources to plan your transition to retirement and understand how your benefits are affected.
• Separating from OHIO
  Whether you’re retiring, resigning, or completing a term appointment, there are important steps to take before your last day.
