As announced at the Business Forum on Tuesday, October 9, the University is in the final stages of contract negotiation with the newly selected travel services provider, Christopherson Business Travel. Among many other benefits, Christopherson comes with higher education, group and international travel experience as well as 24 hour customer service.
Implementation will begin right away, with an expected go-live date with Christopherson in March 2019. As part of the implementation there will be an upgrade to Concur, updates to the Travel and PCard Policies, and comprehensive training. The Travel Services Work Group has been involved in selecting the new vendor and will continue to be involved throughout the implementation process to help ensure travel services will meet the various needs of the campus community.
