The General Ledger and the Grants modules are now closed for December 31, 2017. Financial Management System(FMS) reports will no longer be distributed through the Oracle Financial Management System.

As part of the FSE project, the PDF format FMS reports were moved to Dashboards available through Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) that can be exported in a variety of formats. Instead of reviewing your reports through the old FMS Reports link, you now view your account information using the OBI reports in the OBI Dashboard following the instructions below.

Instructions for accessing OBI Dashboards

1. To login to OBI, using Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Internet Explorer, visit the Finance website.
2. Click the OBI icon

3. Enter your OHIO ID and Password
4. Click on Dashboards
5. Click on Finance Lookups, GL General, or Grants General under Finance and Administration Dashboards. Each dashboard contains a variety of helpful reporting and inquiry pages.
   • Finance Lookups is available to all OHIO Faculty and Staff

   • Grants General and GL General are available to Planning Unit members, as defined by unit CFAOs.

• Review the FMS to OBI Dashboards document for a crosswalk between old FMS reports and corresponding OBI Dashboard pages.
• Another round of OBI Fundamentals training will be delivered in the coming weeks. Details and registration will be communicated soon.
