Solution Description: The Research Computing Environment (RCE) is a computing environment that allows for research involving Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and research projects subject to NIST compliance to be stored and processed securely.

• Attorney-Client Privileged Information (ACP)
• Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
• Identifiable Human Subject Research
• IT Security Information
• Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
• Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Social Security Numbers (SSN)
• Student Education Records (FERPA)
• Student Loan Application Information

Data Types NOT Permitted:  

• Payment Card Industry Information (PCI)
