The following message was emailed to FSA participants on 5.18.2026:

The Benefits Office has been notified that our Flexible Spending Account (FSA) third-party administrator, P&A Group, experienced a system infrastructure disruption early on May 14, 2026.

According to the administrator, consumer accounts and payment cards were not affected. However, the disruption has impacted several administrative systems, including member portals, call center operations, email services, FTP servers, and contribution file processing.

As a result, delays may occur in the processing of employee changes, contributions, and other service-related requests.
The third-party administrator has indicated that their technical teams and outside specialists are actively working to restore full service as quickly as possible. Current recovery priorities include contribution file processing, employee updates, email services, call center functionality, and other customer-facing systems.

The Benefits Office will continue to monitor updates from the administrator and share additional information as it becomes available.
