Important Update Regarding Your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Access

Flexible Spending Account Participants, 

We want to make you aware that our third-party administrator, P&A Group, is currently experiencing technical issues that may impact certain Flexible Spending Account (FSA) services. 

As a result, you may experience difficulty with: 
•    Accessing your FSA account online
•    Viewing account balances and transaction history
•    Submitting claims or supporting documentation
•    Accessing certain participant service features  
P&A Group is actively working to resolve these issues and restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while their teams work to address the situation. 

We will continue to monitor the status of the outage and provide updates as additional information becomes available.
