Federal and State Taxation

The W-4 withholding form should be used for new employees to the University and current employees who wish to change their withholding status. Please note: both the Federal and State forms have been combined. Be sure to get the form for YOUR state of residence.

Non-resident Aliens

Completing the W-4

New Ohio University employees who are non-resident aliens should complete the Glacier questionnaire to determine their tax status. Line 7:  Leave blank:  a non-resident alien cannot claim exemption on this form.
