About Group Fitness Classes

Virtual and Facility Members can register for as many Virtual Live Classes or On Demand classes as they wish, with no added fees for any of the Virtual Membership offerings! Facility Members can also register for an of our in-person offerings at no added fee.

To Register:

  • Log in to your Member Portal, choose the class(es) you wish to register for, and "Check Out."
    • Even though these classes don't cost extra, you must "check out" with your $0 cart to successfully register. You'll then be emailed a direct link to your class.
    • Lost the email? No problem! You can gain access to all of your program registrations in the Member Details section of your portal.
  • Participants can check-in to their class up to 15 minutes before the start time. Instructors will admit participants up until the class begins.
    • Please note that late attendees may not be admitted to a live class if the instructor has already begun. In that case, we encourage you to check out an On Demand class, instead!

Reminder: At time of purchase, all Members signed a Voluntary Participation Waiver to be able to participate in these classes. 

Classes are not offered during holidays when Ohio University employees are not able to work. 
 

Summer 2 (July/August) 2021 Schedule

The Summer 2 schedule began on July 6 and will conclude on August 31. All classes are in Eastern time. Facility Membership is required for in-person classes. Virtual classes are available to all membership types. Registration for classes is required. These classes are offered at no additional fee to the member. No classes on August 19-20 due to annual staff training.

We encourage participants to check-in a few minutes prior to the start time of each class to ensure any tech issues can be resolved before class begins. Instructors cannot support you with tech concerns after the start time of the class.
