A Semester long community building weight lifting program for women! The program is designed to create a positive & safe space for women to work out, train together, and work toward achieving their personal fitness goals! Registration opens August 19!

Learn to Lift

Learn to Lift

A 6-week program that aims to teach participants how to safely utilize the weight room equipment in Ping and proper lifting technique when it comes to strength training. Registration opens August 19!

Cycle + Yoga = Spinyasa!

Spinyasa

This 60-minute class of cycling and yoga will have you working up a sweat! Spinyasa is a fusion-fitness class that includes 30 minutes of cyling folllowed by 30 minutes of vinyasa yoga. Start off the class with a cardiovascular workout followed by poses and stretches to restore the body! Registration opens 24 hours before each class!

This Yoga class will be featuring a surprise guest...DOGS! Relax from your week with some yoga while playing with therapeutic dogs! There will be 3 classes held on October 12th starting at 3pm, 3:20pm and 3:40pm! Registration for this event opens 7 days in advance of each of the scheduled start times!

Join Well-Being & Fitness and Outdoor Pursuits through Hocking Hills State Park! Enjoy rock formations, a waterfall, and scenic views of OHIO's great recreation areas while embodying your well-being through yoga! Several days before your adventure, you will receive an email from the Outdoor Pursuits Trip Leader with specific information on where to meet at the Ping Center prior to departure. Registration opens August 19th!
