3. Documentation

• All training CITI certificates uploaded to Salesforce Student Documents.

4. ORCiD

• Registered for an ORCiD affiliated with Ohio University.
• Submitted ORCiD to the Office of Research and Grants.

5. Mentorship

• Identified an experienced research mentor.

6. Project Registration

• Registered all research/scholarly activities in Salesforce.

7. Research Compliance Approvals

• Obtained necessary research compliance approvals (IRB/IACUC, if applicable).

8. Dissemination

• Submitted dissemination activities via Salesforce Student Portal.
• Listed Heritage College as primary affiliation.
