Match Day can be a time of anxiety but also joy as students learn where they will be doing their residency. According to our preliminary numbers, 98 percent of the Heritage College Class of 2026 successfully matched. Of those students, 66 percent will remain in Ohio for their training, and 50 percent matched into primary care specialties. Notably, 36 percent of graduates will practice primary care within Ohio, further advancing the college’s mission to address the state’s health care needs.
The college hosted two informal Match Day celebrations, one in Cleveland and one in Columbus. Many of our students posted photos to social media to announce and celebrate their match.
Please join us in congratulating them.
