OMM Board Review & Professional Development Course

Course Objectives

This annual OMM Board Review and Professional Development Course is designed for Family Medicine residents and re-certifying physicians (attendings). The course will be offered at two locations in two different formats.

The course will provide faculty skill development and prepare participants who will be taking the OMM Board Exam to:

  • Demonstrate osteopathic diagnosis for the areas most seen in a family medicine practice.
  • Demonstrate osteopathic treatment for the problems most seen in a family medicine practice.
  • The Kettering Health half day session includes required pre-recorded material prior to the session.
  • The Cleveland full day session includes Faculty Skill Development for AOA CME credits.

CME Information

  • Full Day Course

    CME credits (through AOA) can be made available for physicians. The Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing education for physicians. The Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine designates this program for a maximum of 8 credits of AOA Category 1A credits and will report the CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity. 

  • Half Day Course
