Learning (Pods) Labs

Learning (Pods) Labs

The Learning Labs are the main lecture spaces for students. The interactive “pods” allow students in Dublin to connect with those on the Athens campus and Cleveland. Students and instructors use connection ports to synchronize content on their notebooks and tables, and share questions and course material on the central displays. Learning Labs are located on the 3rd and 4th floors.

OMM Lab

OMM Lab

Students receive hands-on instruction in osteopathic manipulative medicine at our full-featured

Student Lounge

Student Lounge

The student lounge, also known as the "Fun Room," offers students a place to relax and unwind when they need to take a break for a bit with fellow classmates. The lounge space offers users access to a gaming system, table tennis and a full cable television package to catch the news, game or show update between classes and as a break on nights and weekends.

A student break room is available on the MEB1 second floor across from the Fun Room featuring a small kitchenette space with a plus-sized refrigerator, hand sink, dish storage, microwaves, instant coffee maker and other smaller appliances. This space provides the perfect opportunity for students to store a lunch, snack from home or supplies for an upcoming student organization event or noon time lecture.

Group Seminar Rooms

Group Seminar Rooms

The third floor features eight group seminar spaces for use during student coaching and team-based learning sessions. Each seminar room is equipped to allow students to plug in and share content with others right at the table for display on large digital screens mounted in each space.
