Nelson Court offers a diverse range of dining concepts, including daily vegan and vegetarian options to support a variety of dietary preferences. Unlike The District, gluten- and nut-containing foods are served at this location.
To support guests with food allergies or sensitivities, allergen-conscious meals are prepared and stored separately behind the serving areas. These items are always available upon request—just ask a staff member for assistance.

Central Food Facility
Central Food Facility (CFF) is a centralized food processing facility, located on Ohio University's West Green. CFF consists of a central kitchen, large-scale bakery, vegetable processing kitchen, and central warehouse. Food and baked goods are prepared and distributed to Culinary Services venues as well as some outside vendors.
The Central Food Facility is not open for general public access. If you'd like to visit the Central Food Facility, please contact cff@ohio.edu or 740.597.9037.

The Culinary Studio
OHIO Culinary Services' Culinary Studio is a demonstration kitchen where customers and students will learn new cooking techniques during live demonstrations. The studio also serves as a learning lab for students.
