Student Payments

Students are strongly advised to make payment online from MyOHIO Student Center or Authorized User Portal. Cash payments from students are not accepted. Checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders will continue to be accepted via mail or the drop box located in Chubb Hall. Please be sure to include the student PID number with the payment.

Drop Box: Located inside the south entrance doors on the ground floor of Chubb Hall (Court Street side of the building – doors closest to the crosswalk).

NOTE: Scholarship Checks should be submitted to the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships, ATTN: Outside Agency Scholarships, 020 Chubb Hall, Athens, OH 45701.

Deposits (Departmental, Student Organizations)

Deposits can be placed in the drop box located inside the south entrance doors on the ground floor of Chubb Hall (Court Street side of the building – doors closest to the crosswalk). Please seal the deposit or payment in an envelope or bag with appropriate identifying information (e.g., customer number, invoice number, deposit description and account number).
Departmental change requests should be emailed to cashier@ohio.edu at least one business day prior to the need.
