Specialty Classes and Workshops

Training for a special event? Looking to hone your practice? Need support feeling comfortable in the fitness center? WellWorks has a class for that!

Due to the limited class sizes and the training required of our instructors, all classes are fee based, which means participation in the class is not included in the cost of a membership. Though, members do receive a discount on all specialty classes.
