Carbon Commitment

Carbon Commitment:

(formerly the American College and University Presidents' Climate Commitment)

As a charter signatory to the American College and University Presidents' Climate Commitment (ACUPCC), Ohio University committed to being a carbon neutral campus by the year 2075. In an effort to stay compliant with that goal, the university submits annual greenhouse gas (GHG) reports to ACUPCC. In 2016, this commitment was renamed the "Carbon Commitment." These GHG reports are publicly available online to offer transparency in our carbon neutrality efforts.
