Sustainability Network Event Form

The Sustainability Network supports sustainability-related student organizations and organizations hosting sustainability-related events by:

  • Adding the event to the Calendar of University Events (CUE) with a link to the event on GivePulse (if provided) and a special tag to ensure it populates in the calendar feed with other sustainability-related events
  • Adding events to GivePulse (if needed)
  • Working with the Office of Sustainability to publicize the event through the Office's official social media accounts and newsletter

If your student organization is hosting a sustainability-related event for which you would like help promoting or recruiting volunteers, please fill out this form. All submissions will be reviewed, and we might reach out to you if we have additional questions.

Student Organization/Group Info

Provide the name of the student organization(s) or group(s) hosting the event.
Provide names and contact information for any other members of your student organization or group that we should reach out to about the event, if needed.

Event Details

The name of the event.
This will be used to create the event on the Calendar of University Events and on GivePulse, if necessary.
Date of the event. If the event occurs over multiple days or weeks, you can enter additional date and time information in the recurring event text area.
Time the event starts.
Time the event ends.
If the event is recurring, provide all date and time information.
Event Location
Provide the location for the event.
Provide GivePulse event link, if already created.
If applicable, please share any hashtags that are relevant to the event.
Upload documents (event flyer, graphics, etc.) or photos that may be used to promote your event.
