Mailboxes and Mailings

Students will receive mailbox assignments and keys at OMS I Orientation. These assignments will remain the same for the Pre-Clinical years.

Dublin-Athens Courier Service

Items originating in Athens can be placed in campus mail outboxes or dropped off to Jennifer Fritchley in Grosvenor Hall room 011. Items must be received in mailboxes prior to the Monday afternoon mail run or dropped off at Grosvenor room 011 by 10:00 AM on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery to Dublin.

Items coming from Dublin to Athens should be placed in the collection box in the LRC, room 106F MEB1, by 10:00 AM Thursday and will be distributed in Athens by Central Services staff on the following Tuesday afternoon.
