For Study
Study Rooms on Floors 2 & 4
Reserve for a maximum of 3 hours per 24-hour period. Before making your reservation, read the complete study room policies and study space noise guidelines.
Reserve an Individual Study Table
You can now Reserve A Seat on the fourth floor for individual study. We are piloting a program where you can book a study table and chair to study alone in a quiet (although not silent) space. Seats are located in the east wing of the 4th floor, which is to the left as you enter Alden from the 4th floor entrance.

Study Carrels on Floors 1 & 6
A limited number of carrels are available to faculty and graduate students. Email library.borrowing@ohio.edu for availability.
For Class
Learning Labs 251 and 318, and Classroom 323 on Floors 2 & 3
Priority use of Labs and Classrooms are for library instruction and open computing. Librarians and archivists may schedule 251, 318, 323, and the Voinovich Room for library and archives instruction. To request library or archives instruction, contact your subject librarian or archivist. During non-peak times, Learning Lab 318, the active learning classroom 251, and classroom 323 may be available for reservation by others. Read the policies for our rooms before requesting 251, 318, or 323.
Friends of the Libraries Room (319) on Floor 3
Used primarily for educational and cultural activities for up to 80 people. This space may be scheduled for repeat meetings/events no more than once per month and may be scheduled up to one semester in advance.
