Building Relationships with DiSC

DiSC Application

Prerequisite: DiSC Application

DiSC is a validated behavioral style assessment designed to raise self-awareness about how you interact with others, and how others might view their interactions with you. A customized comprehensive report and an interactive classroom session are combined to create a rich learning experience that provides insight into your preferred style of interacting with others, making decisions, and approaching situations. You will also learn how to recognize the styles of those around you and how to adjust your approach in order to build relationships, improve communication, and promote effective teamwork.
