On Demand Fitness Videos

Our On-Demand Fitness Videos are continually being enhanced. Each month, a new set of virtual on-demand videos will be made available. When you have an active WellWorks Virtual Membership, you can access as many of these classes as you wish, as often as you wish. Find our offerings on the Programs tab of the Member Portal. You must individually register for each class you wish to access. Once you complete your registration, you'll be emailed a unique URL through our Member Portal, granting you access to the class.

Live Fitness Classes

Our virtual fitness instructor, Annie Laurie, offers a 60-minute Cardio Tone class each week in a Live class format (through Zoom). This allows you to connect with an instructor, work out with your peers and get feedback in real-time.  Register for your classes in the Programs section of our Member Portal. You'll be emailed a unique URL so you can access the class each week.

Recipes from our Registered Dietitian

Looking for healthy takes on your favorite foods? We're providing a variety of healthy and delicious recipes that have been specially curated by WellWorks' Registered Dietitians and dietetic students.

Specialty Programming

At WellWorks, we believe that wellbeing requires more than just attention to exercise. We're more than a fitness facility, we're a full wellness center. That's why we have created a variety of specialty programs that target key areas: Movement, Fuel, Recovery and Stress Management. Each of our specialty programs will always feature these four program areas to ensure that you have the tools, resources and support you need to be successful.

Alternate Check-Ins

Our pre-recorded content is connected to Alternate Check-Ins on our member portal. This will allow you to work toward the 100 Day Challenge.  Alternate Check-Ins occur on Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays of each week.

A Supportive Online Community

A WellWorks Virtual Membership has a variety of ways to remain connected. University Employees can access a Teams channel that suits their interests and connect with colleagues. Members can purchase Personal Training sessions (in the Online Purchasing section of the Member Portal) to remain accountable to a trained staff member.
