In order to request usage of the Ohio University signature logo for your project, please complete and submit the form below. (If you are a current faculty or staff member with an OHIO ID and need to download a logo for official Ohio University communication purposes, you may download a logo for your needs from our files [SSO required])

University Communications and Marketing will review your request within 5 business days.

Please note: The form below is for requesting use of the primary Ohio University signature logo only.

Where is the logo to be used? If "Other" please indicate media in the "Use" field
