Your submission was denied for one of the following reasons:

• You did not have an OHIO session.
• Your OHIO account does not have an associated PID.
• You did not select an Academic Year.
• You have already submitted an application.
  • If you have already submitted an application for the academic year you selected; you will not be able to resubmit for the same academic year.
