Success Navigators
The Student Success team is comprised of three “Success Navigators” who support medical students throughout their medical school journey. With one Success Navigator on each of our three campuses, we offer personalized guidance, connect students to resources, and collaborate across campus to empower students to persist, grow, and reach their full potential.
Students are asked to schedule regular meetings with their Student Success Navigator to examine non-academic concerns by
- Answering questions or concerns related to personal struggles
- Developing strategies to manage stressors of medical school
- Discussing approaches to obstacles affecting personal and professional success
