Our Mission
The SAOAO at HCOM Cleveland provides first and second-year medical students with exposure to topics related to orthopaedic surgery via hands-on experiences, surgeon panels, and collaborating with other surgically-aimed organizations.

Services Provided
The organization provide the college with mutliple events annaully ranging from hands on experience to reisdency advisisng and connecting students with possible future mentors.
Tentative Schedule for 2025-2026
Events will be planned with ACOS and Women in Surgery Club.
Fall:
- Introduction Meeting
- Q/A with Dr. Hill
- Fracture Clinic
- Suture Clinic
Spring:
- Q/A with orthopedic residents from CCF
- Surgical Knot tying workshop
- Possibly a Simulation Lab experience
