Student Programs

The Walter Center prides itself on offering selective programs for students who want to differentiate themselves. The Wandell Leadership Fellows and Emerging Leadership Development Programs for high-achieving undergraduate students, giving them the opportunity to explore their leadership identity through self-awareness assessments, curriculum, experiential learning, and active mentoring. We strive to offer relevant learning, based on the Top 25 Companies for Leaders. Our Wandell Leadership Fellows and Emerging Leaders have the opportunity to learn about the successes and challenges of leaders from company visits with industry executives of companies such as JP Morgan Chase, EY, and Fiserv. We aim to continuously expose students to the challenges of leadership before they begin employment to facilitate the development of a long-term journey of self-discovery, reflection, and leadership renewal.  Students from these programs experience 100% placement in top organizations and graduate programs around the world.

    Class size: Under 35 students

    Effort: 2-3 hours per week

    Class: Wednesdays 6:00–8:00 p.m.
